Managing Partner

Jaco is one of our two founders and managing partner of Sales Engineers. Passionate about Commercial Excellence and the Digital Transformation of Marketing and Sales.

He is experienced in managing and driving change to grow the business value of Sales & Marketing in either consulting or interim leadership roles. Always focussed on quick value realization without losing sight of long term objectives.

Jaco holds a Master in Science in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science from the T.U. Delft, and Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Sales Engineers Rogier van EpenRogier van Epen

Managing Partner

Rogier is one of our two founders and managing partner of Sales Engineers. A Lean Six Sigma black belt with an appetite for improving Sales & Marketing.
He is experienced in the lead commercial architect role that will deliver the blueprint for your commercial processes, application landscape and Master Data architecture . Always focussed on the value of quick wins while in parallel cracking the hard stuff that will require more time and effort.

Rogier holds a Black Belt in Lean / Six Sigma and a Master in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam.

Maninder Singh Bisen

Practice Lead Sales Solutions and Salesforce

Maninder is our practice lead for Sales Solutions and Salesforce. Passionate about guiding organizations through their Sales Enablement journey.

Apart from client work, Maninder is also the lead for our offshore technology development centers.

He is experienced in designing and delivering Sales Solutions for New Business Growth, Margin Management, and Price Management. Always focused on creating customer value by matching customer needs with a solution design that leverages the synergy between processes, technology, and data. He enables customers to leverage the Salesforce platform so that they are able to receive measurable business value from their Salesforce investment.

Maninder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Studies.

Jacco Langerak

Practice Lead Commercial Insights & Data

Jacco is our practice lead for Commercial Insights and Data. A disciplined Business Analytics professional who is passionate about evangelising a business analytics vision and translating strategic business needs into tangible deliverables that provide actionable insights.

He is experienced in creating business value through the smart use of Business Intelligence and Analytics Always focussed on the bigger picture (not just technology) to deliver Insights that drive better and faster actions and decision today. Whilst in parallel guiding Customers through their maturity growth in Analytics: from simple reports to advanced (artificial intelligence) solutions.

Jacco holds a Master in Science in Strategic Management from the Tilburg University.
