Our Roots: The CRM project that was set up to fail

Imagine. A political playing field drenched with personal agendas. Business leads in lack of a mandate. IT leads in lack of commitment. And, a system integrator that rather has a failed project that they can write-off quickly than get involved in a long and winding money burning project.

It truly was the CRM project that was set up to fail. Except: it did not. We beat the odds. It became a success. Better yet, it was blueprinted and replicated, as a best practice. It even won an award.

Sound like the summary of a cheesy B movie? It’s actually a good summary of what got us started. We can share the details, over a coffee/beer/wine.

From 21st Sense to Sales Engineers

In 2016 the Sales Performance activities were continued under the label Sales Engineers, and a new company was founded to support B2B organizations with their commercial masterdata challenges: Masterdata Managers. 21st Sense still exists as the Commercial Excellence Group consisting of various company operation in the field of Commercial Excellence.
