We are a result driven and goal oriented team of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs working out of the Netherlands for local and global customers. We enable our customers to get in control of their sales growth.
How we do it
We identify the bottlenecks that prevent our customers from achieving their desired sales growth. We subsequently define an incremental improvement plan to address the identified bottlenecks that we capture in a roadmap. We support the customer in the implementation of the roadmap, which comprises an orchestrated change in organization, process, performance management, information and tools (e.g. CRM, BI).
The opportunity
To support our growth we are looking for an entrepreneur or intrapreneur to take on the role of Sales Performance Consultant.
As Sales Performance Consultant you will create the deliverables as defined in the improvement roadmap for a customer. You will work in close cooperation with the relevant roles in the customer organization. Our Project Delivery Manager, who will take the lead on the project to manage scope, budget and timelines, will support you.
The Sales Performance Consultant also is our ‘(wo)man on the floor’ that can monitor the adoption of change by the organization, proactively taking the required interventions to assure successful adoption of the roadmap.
Your profile

You are eager to learn and improve your skillset, which already comprises:
- Consulting & Project Management experience (minimum 3 years)
- Data analysis & modelling skills
- An academic/HBO education or a relevant entrepreneurial track record
- Highly sociable and networking skills
- Strong MS office skills: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and/or English (written and verbal)
- Relevant certifications, e.g. in SPIN, Miller Heiman, PRINCE II, SCRUM, SIX SIGMA, CRM, BI

The opportunity
To support our growth we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant that has the strong ambition to grow his business skills and acumen.
You will work closely with our Sales Performance Consultant to translate the Customer’s Sales Improvement Roadmap into a Salesforce Solution design. And, consequently with our Delivery Lead to translate this solution design into an implementation plan. You will own and drive the technical realization of this implementation plan in collaboration with the customer’s IT team and/or our Offshore Development Centre.

The opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious marketing and social media intern to support the implementation of our marketing strategy.
You will collaborate with our Managing Partners (there’s two of them) to rollout our new brand and manage our online, social media and event presence to drive brand recognition and awareness for Sales Engineers.
This internship will help you acquire marketing and communications skills and ultimately make you independent in managing the various marketing channels for Sales Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of our content marketing calendar
- Support the Managing partners in writing and publishing articles
- Maintaining web content and drive active content sharing and delivery through social media
- Support the marketing efforts in daily administrative tasks
- Track projects and media exposure
- Help idenitfy & organize marketing events
- Identify relevant associations and coordinate our participation
Requirements
- Avid user of social media, with a vision on how to leverage social media for a business purpose
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Understanding of digital media and marketing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid editing and researching skills
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. Wordprss, CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
